  • Understanding what’s important to you is the first step towards overcoming your overwhelm. 

I’ll give you all the worksheets you need and step-by-step directions to help you discover and prioritise what’s most important in your life. You’ll use this information to release the guilt about all the other things you think you ‘should’ be doing.

Your Personal Overcome Overwhelm 1:1 Online Session

  • In this 90-minute video coaching session, I’ll help you create strategies that clearly outline exactly how to overcome overwhelm by doing less. 

We’ll create and build from the list of priorities you’ve discovered so you can let go of guilt and feel calmer and happier in your daily life. 

For homework, you’ll take this plan and test drive it in your everyday life to make sure it really meets your needs.

Stay Inspired and Present Follow-up 1:1 Online Session

  • One week after our call, we’ll meet again for a 30-minute video call. During this, I’ll help you create strategies to deal with situations that trigger stress in your daily life, preventing you from feeling calmer and more present with your children.
